I'd just go over and talk to him, ask if he's having a good night, what's the occansion etc and if he's interested carry on and if not, well nothing ventured nothing gained.
I will try to quickly think up some excuse to talk to him. If I can't, then I'll just go up and introduce myself because you're right, you only live once...
tbh, it depends. if I'm in a comfident mood I might go and chat to him casually. see how he is, most realy good looking guys these days turn out to be assholes. and if he is a nice guy, I might start flirting a little if I think he might like me. but if he looks like he isn't a nice guy, I would probably go for D .
