Some guys are very disrespectful and they think that since their riding in a car going 40 miles per hour, they can take their chance to let a girl know that she's good looking or just really get her attention. If your constantly getting honked or whistled at while your walking down the street its most likely that your one hot girl! Or your dressed in a way that captures the eye.
