It could be about her appearance. Most people (not just girls) are insecure about that as other answerers have said. So, if you like her, tell her what it is about her looks that you like and never respond with complaints about her looks; (even if you don't like her new haircut. Don't worry about it; you still like her and she'll change it soon anyways. Just make her feel like you see her as attractive).
OR, this could be a kind of guarded way to want to talk about your feelings, and ideas about the relationship. Do you see her as a friend, potential girlfriend, fiance, future ex wife. All depends on where you're at I guess.
If this girl is NOT in a relationship with you, then who knows? She wants some feedback about something. Or maybe she likes you and wants to know what you think of her.
