Well, my guess is that it might, but it also might not. Is it an extremely hard email address to memorize, or extremely easy? If your email was userhtnjj833090945@mail.com, then it shows that he was very careful to be able to memorize it exactly, in which case it likely means that he is interested at least a little. If your email is user1@mail.com, then anyone could memorize it without much thought or intention.
I'd recommend looking for other clues to see if he likes you: whether he takes time to talk with you, smiles a lot around you, etc.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
I'd probably want to go out to eat. so I can first get to know the guy. because if you go to a movie. you don't find anything out about him. I'd probably want to just dress comfortable not all the way out there. if the date ends good then yeah I'd love to go on a second one. but I don't kiss on the first date.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
He'd probably know that my family comes first before anything. and pretty much anything he asks me. "that little girl is my niece" I don't have any kids :)
