Instead of waiting for him to make the first move why don't you. There are still guys out there that are intimidated by a girls beauty. For all you know he could have been trying to muster up the guts to either talk to you or your friend.

My ideal first date would be a romantic dinner at a decent restaurant. Don't want to show too much but don't want to cover up a lot, either. Something cute and very catching.
