Same as the guy under me if you are alone in the house he is probably gonna wanna make out... but your out in public he probably only wants a little peck here and there

Kissing has its own moments and so does making out. There are times and places for each, too. Sometimes it just happens that you end up kissing for hours, or it turns the spark into a fire and before you know it, you are making out. I think what matters is that as long as it is with the person you want it to be, you should be fine with either.
