She have emotional issues sounds like? Is she one of them people that finds the world hating her? If so just tell her you love her, don't want her to keep hurting herself, show her love, show her you love her, hope for the best that she will understand hurting herself means hurting you 10 times as much.
You gotta realize that there's a serious mental issue happening with your girlfriend and she needs help that you can't provide. If she's hiding it then someone needs to be told. Your position now is that of the supportive boyfriend, even if that gets an "ex" placed in front of it.
Cutting indicates serious depression and is a way of dealing with the pain one is feeling inside. The cuts are less painless than the emotional hurt they're feeling. She needs help with this and will not stop on her own.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
Going to a beach would be great for the first date. But a park or a green place would be dreamy too. I know it would be boring. Therefore, I would like to drive to nowhere after a couple of hours. I wear jeans and t-shirt as always and the date ends in her house's gate with a kiss on her lips.
