Who would you call a "whore"?

I think the label -- whore -- should be reserved for the most damaging of sexual predators. Those women/men who have diseases and spread them around to other members of society with little or no concern about their actions. Whether they are doing it to be loved, or torturing themselves by preventing themselves from being loved. Essentially, being a whore is not having respect for yourself and not caring about what happens to yourself (unsafe sex, drugs, crime). Each day is just another day of quick-fix patches, situations that give temporary relief from your troubles.

Someone who just sexually experiments, yet takes care of themselves, and doesn't hurt others in the process is just a normal human. I wouldn't want to date anyone who sleeps around while we are going out, but I wouldn't look down on a woman that has done it before me (safely anyways).

I agree with LilMiss. A girl that sleeps around for attention is a whore. Although, while some girls sleep around for attention others sleep around to fill a void. This is where I would separate the term whore and the term slut. I would say a whore is someone who sleeps around for attention, money or to hurt someone. A girl who needs a void filled acts slutty to feel loved. I guess its all in the motive.

Well to be honest I go for what you say People say that being a whore is when you sleep with any guy but I don't see it like that it just depends on the guy. For me a whore is when you have a boyfriend and sleep with many guys but that's really what I think people say that am crazy for saying that but that's just my point of view over what a whore is. So yeah I'll have to go with what you say you also right of about using sex for a social thing that might end up hurting people. But has I said it just depend on who the guy is and if you have a boyfriend. Because if you don't then your good to go no one can call you a whore. Good luck on your answer.

Well I am a lot older than you and if I remember right. A whore is someone who gets paid to have sex with multiple men. If your talking about someone who sleep with lots of men well isn't that her business? I suppose if she is making a public display of who she sleeps with she could be considered a slut/whore. When I was younger it wasn't social acceptable to broadcast your sex life but today it seem like young people are very open to have multiple partners and being open about it. I think the main concern should be the fact that you can contract sexual transmitted diseases; HIV; Aides or end up with an unwanted pregnancy.

If someone sleeps with a person that you like or broke up with recently just to intentionally hurt you. Then she is vindictive. And mean!

I wouldn't concern yourself with who other people are sleeping with. It is wasted energy. Do what you feel is right for you and please practice safe sex.!

A whore is someone who is paid for sexual favors. Whether that be in gifts like clothing, jewelry or whatnot. Or money. That is a whore.

A slut however is someone who sleeps around and does not use protection.

This is a very good question. Generally, a person that sleeps around for the sake of attention is referred to as a slut or tramp. By sleeping around, I mean having multiple partners and being deceitful and hurting people in the process, whether it's emotionally or physically(ex:their partners wake up pissing razorblades)

Technically, a whore is a person that gets paid for sexual favors. In my opinion, porn stars are whores because they have sex for a living. The only difference between them and a common streetwalker(hooker) is that the porn star is making more money to be exploited on film and has someone to choose her wardrobe and do her hair and makeup for her. So in a way the directors and producers of the films are her "pimp".

And then there are the girls that have been with many people. Whether it's because they went through a phase where they were just looking for love in the wrong places or didn't value themselves as much as they should have. I don't know many people, not just girls, that haven't gone through this phase in life, and I call them human. Nobody is perfect and really nobody has the right to label anyone. But I know that it's part of society and even I'm guilty of it.
