Ladies guys have a lot of feelings but don't often show them, but sometimes some sneak out What do you do when that happens? Do you think its stupid, guys shouldn't cry, or do you feel that they should express their feelings
I absolutely love it when my guy tells me what he's feeling. It makes me feel like he trusts me enough to show that vulnerable side to me and I feel a lot closer to him.
I like it when guys express their feelings. It's the only time you can get a quick bullshit-free view in to their minds and see what really makes them tick.
I don't think it's stupid at all. Guys are human too. If he's comfortable and a man enough to share his profound feelings like that with me, I'm honored.
Haa I love this question. Okay well, I think its awesome when guys let their "inner feelings" slide by because its cute and I find it sexy. From personal experiences, one of my guy friends came up to me one day and just broke down talking about his bad relationship and how he was feeling (he went through a break-up and he one of those "serious" type of guy and you'd NEVER expect him to act all mellow). It was so weird for me because I had never seen him that way and so I kinda went along with his situation and tried to help him out. I was so attracted to him through the whole scenario - it kinda even got me by surprise. I ended up talking to him for the entire afternoon and he basically spilled himself to me. It was so cute and it made me feel comfortable because he was so easy around me! So, in conclusion, I think guys should go ahead and cry if they have to - because its a great turn on (at least in my case). It makes a guy seem more confident and gives a girl an impression of his comfort level around her - which is a good thing! It shows how much he can trust her with his feelings.
When guys get emotional with me, more so cry, I feel so much more closer to him. I definitely do not think that it is stupid when guys cry. For a guy to cry in front of a girl really means something. It shows us that they are willing to let their guard down and just be themselves and open up to us. I have had a few boyfriends in the past that have broken down when we were fighting. Seeing this other side put my anger and aggression during the time aside and let me see the bigger picture.
If a guy can cry in front of me and tell me what's up, then I would feel so honored that he trusts me enough and he knows that I will still respect him and his ways and not treat him differently because of it. He probably knows that I could cry in front of him and it would seem soo great to be on that level with someone. Being able to open up with someone and having them open up to you is such a great feeling.
I think its good. And if he says something really "emotional" inside I smile ans think to my self "oh so your not all macho huh" but just for the pride of him I don't bring it up again. Its something I kind of keep inside and smirk when I remember. Id love to see a man cry. Its human.
This doesn't answer the question, but it's a really good question. That is usually the main reason why guys don't show any emotion around girls, because a lot of girls would make fun of a guy that cries. And because this happens a lot, the majority of men intend to not show any emotion at all. Maybe not until they are 100% comfortable with each other in their relationship. I know I am, and I know I have.
