If I ask you why you act a certain way towards me like "shady," why wouldn't you just tell me the truth? Huh? I've known this guy since high school. We're cool. At least I thought we were. He hunted me down everybody. Asked my sister and friends about me and everything. soooo. we started talking and I went to visit him in Texas. Mind you I live in NC. ok. .soooo. a couple of weeks after the visit he starts acting funny towards me. He won't return me text and if he does it's because I text him first. Now I asked him about this and he always says and I quote, "cut it out" or " you know you will always be my little mama." Tah. Please. ok. Why can't people just say don't call me anymore or I was busy? Or I like you but I'm not ready for a long distance associate because that's all we are. I don't want to be his girlfriend. Just a good friend. I don't get it. Someone feel me in please.
Something like this is done because the person is stuck on the thought of how other people perceive them and they can't grasp the ca-hones to be strait forward because they care too much about what another person is going to say about them. When in reality if they were just honest you would probably be like "well, okay, at least you told me the truth."
Most people would rather die than be socially awkward. As a result, they get themselves in truly bad positions by resisting being forthright. This is the premise of 90% of SitCom TV.
