Are Guy-girl friendships possible?

i have many guy frinds. and no, they're not gay, well, at least a majority of them arent. and they all joke around with me if I mention the word friend in front of them and their like "oh my god, you actually consider me a friend?!?!? wow" and they just do that because guys can be guys. they try to hide the fact but they actually like when girls say the "F" word in front of guys. and not the bad one.

Honestly, guys and girls can't be "just friends". In my experiences I have always had one or the other person develop feelings. Most of the time with me, I develop the feelings but that's not the point lol.

What I'm trying to say is that most of the time people get feelings so no you can't just be "friends".

my close friends consist of my two girl best mates and my 3 guy best mates

my guy mates are the best ever there far more better friends to ma than guy has ever been!there is no sexual tension we are just simply best friends they are always there for me no matter what one of them is my best friend out of all my friends and another is an ex of mine who is the only person in the world I could trust with my life!

so guys and girls can be friends without sexual tension believe me guys can be a lot better friends and girls as they do tend to be more loyal to there best friends in my experience

I think the only way for that to work is if both of them are in a relationship with someone else. Other wise one of them will fall for the other and tragic happens. Like recently I had a guy friend who use to have a girlfriend but broke up. Ever since then, he now is looking at me as some sort of sexual partner or relationship. I tell him no we can only be friends and now he doesn't want to be friends with me :\ It makes me mad but what can you do? sorry lol
