So I was talking to my crush, who knows I like him, and I told him that I might be hanging out with one of his guy friends that I happened to had a fling with before, and he seemed to get jealous and asked if I liked him again, and I asked why he cared and he said because he was beginning to like me. After that he stopped calling me and it's already been a couple days. Now I'm not sure if he was just messing around or if he was being serious. Any advice?

Well. given the situation you just explained, maybe it's because he realized that you picked up on the fact that he was jealous, and he doesn't want to come across as being jealous and too clingy now by calling you etc. Hope that wasn't too confusing.
