They want you to know without them having to tell you. It sucks, and if you want a relationship to work, communication is key, so ask her what it is that's bothering her because you're trying to understand, and I'm sure she'll tell you. If not, and if you are sick of the mind games, then forget about her.

Sometimes it means more to girls for you to know what they need than actually giving it to them.

A lot of the time, honestly, girls don't know what they want.
