What is the best thing to do when a girl is on here period?
I know she is in pain. I know she can take medicine.
What I did was try to make her as comfortable as possible.
I ran a nice bubble bath, with scented candles that she likes at the edge of the tub, and a bigger one by the sink & bed to get the aroma around. Put on some R&B music. I also put some of that muscle relaxer in the water because she was just getting off from work @ 10pm. I wanted to bath her, but you know. she wanted to do that herself, so I understood. I stayed in the bathroom and just had a conversation with her until she was finished. I helped her dry off, and I let her tend to her woman needs. So when she was finished I did what I always do, and cleaned her ears, and rubbed her feet until she fell asleep. & held her through the night. I had planned to give her a massage with the stress away J&J oil.
Now that may sound like a good night, but I was just wondering if there was more I should have done, or other ideas of things that work. What are some things that you have tried? Besides, I can't do the same thing everytime, or can I?
I feel so clueless. I got to her house as soon as I could. I got off work [4:30] and had to drive 3.5 hours to get there, so I got there at about 8. I really hate to see her go through so much and me not do anything to lighten the load.
WoW.that sounds reallt sweet.lucky girl.lol i could only dream of a guy being that sweet. maybe diffrent music but that's just me. I could get used that, Maybe asking her what she would like or think like she would.
I would absolutely love to have a boyfriend like you. You seem like your an ahmazing boyfriend and your girlfriend is mad lucky to find someone like you to do that for her especially after driving 3 and a half hours.
well you should never piss a girl off at the time of the month but it seems like you make her comfortable and it seems like you are a great boyfriend for just doing that much.

Thanks, She is so negative sometimes though. It really annoys me. I have so many examples, but I think I'll just put it on here as a question. Thanks for the compliment though. I really try to make her smile.
Well in the past with my previous girlfriends, I didn't have this type of opportunity. So with opportunity, comes more creative ideas, and hence the question. She makes it so hard to surprise her, but I get lucky sometimes. I really appreciate the compliment.

And I say- yes add chocolate. I always crave yummy dark chocolate when I'm on the rag. Even if she's dieting, the gesture is sweet and thoughtful, I doubt she'd think you were trying to fatten her up like a prize hog or something. Just don't mention anything about her weight. And don't fight with her, she'll be testy and uncomfortable, and highly irritable, much better to just relax her with a massage and cuddle the night away. Tell her how beautiful she is and how much you love her.

WOW! She must be special because that's more than what any guy I know does. And actually you can do the same thing everytime.I would add something sweet into it though like her favorite chocolate.Comfort foods work to lol.

Well..if you're good at cooking you could cook for her. Actually that would be nice because cooking is just another hassle that's not enjoyable during this specific time. I don't know about comfort foods for dieters because I think of it as not so healthy..If you want to ask her make sure its not her time of the month lol.. - 4 months ago

Well I guess what you have to do is ask her what she would like but ask her in advance than surprise her when she gets home. It'll probably take her mind off the pain and any other stress comin home to a nice meal. - 4 months ago

Yeah, I remember some time ago, she really did look as though she was gaing weight, I was thinking that anyway. I mean you can't blame me for noticing my girlfriend. Well the first thing would be don't piss her off anymore than she already is, trust me on that one I've done that before and it was an all night bitch fest no joke. She called me an insensitive ass and I have no idea what she's going though. Second thing would be let her do what she wants my friend if she wants to be alone then let her be alone. Women tend to crave chocolate when there on their periods well from my experience they have, so what you can do is show up to her house with a bag of hershey kisses or something, and give her a hug and a kiss, then stay home with her rent a movie eat popcorn together and then go to sleep, oh and don't as for a bj when you go to sleep with her, trust me that doesn't go over to well.
