What do you usually do when you get mixed signals from a guy? I like him but I'm not sure how he feels about me and I'm trying to decide what to do next.

Be bold, and Be yourself, and confront him with it.
There is nothing wrong with asking him out, or coming on to him. If you really like him, don't be terrified of rejection, the payout of being with him will be much, much higher.

Guys have faced the fear of rejection forever, and we have survived. If he means much to you, don't be afraid to be the one to make the first move. it will tell you his level of interest, and you can either become involved or move on. It works wonders.

You should let him make the move. you can make it easier for him by letting him know that you are interested and providing some cues to him. If he is interested, he should pick up fairly quickly. I believe that if the guy is not pursuing you, to paraphrase the book, he's not that into you!

Question Asker Ah, finally I'm not alone-so many people keep saying to ask him out but I sorta feel like he must not be that in to me if he hasn't come after me. I'm tired of the mixed signals but not confident enough about how I think he feels to push it myself.

Answerer Do you both share any interests? A shared interest that is not too commonplace is best. Let's say you both like Origami (I probably went too far out!), you could say something like, 'Hey, I'm going to this Origami exhibit next Saturday, wanna check it out?'

This way, you are telling him that you are pursuing your own interest and he is a welcome addition but not necessary to your going. Even if he has to decline for any reason, this gives him an opening to make other plans with you. - 2 months ago
Question Asker We work together at a day camp, we both like kids, he's a hockey skater and I'm a figure skater. But at the same time, I'm 19 and he's 26, he's lived in a million places-most of them on his own, and I've lived in the same city my entire life with my parents.

Today he kinda asked me out, we get off at the same time tomorrow and he said we should go get a beer after work, but I'm not 21 and I can't drink cause I have low blood sugar anyway. He didn't really say anything about it after that. - 2 months ago

Yes, most of the time! I really wish I had a boyfriend/girlfriend!

A little, because I feel left out.

Not really...
