I'd say you still have a boy on your hands who thinks more about pleasing his buddies than you. Don't sell yourself short by allowing that behaviour in your presence as he clearly still needs to mature quite a bit before becoming a real man.

I think most men will sneak peek but he's disrespecting you by being so obvious about it when you're present too. Don't put up with that and tell him you won't.
Guys are always going to look, so if he tries to cover it up that's whatever, butttt if he's around his friends and does it without even trying to hide it, that's just ridiculous. Obviously he's not taking your feelings into consideration and he's trying to show off in front of his friends. If he does that when you are around, imagine what he could do when you're not.

DUMP HIM. Discretely is one thing but actually turning his head around and checking her out when you're there is another. It shows that he's insecure. He has little (if any) respect for you and your feelings are less important to him than his friends thinking he's some player.
