I know one guy for almost 8 moths he comes every Friday to my bank and he works at dealership near to my work. He likes to come to me rather then go to someone else and when I go to his dealership for my car he's the first person always come to me and help me. When he come to bank if someone else helping him he try to look at me and most of the time the time he leave the bank he just turn around and look at me and smiles. But if I'm help him he always look at me and smiles and try to talk, but last week I wasn't at work for almost 5days because of some personal reasons, he asked about me and when he saw me yesterday he came to me and asked about me and right before he was leaving he called me I'll see you later sweety? Now I am just wondering what is he trying to tell me? Is he interested in me or like to go out with me or like me? If anyone can help me in this matter I'll really appreciate. Thanks in advance!
Update: Well today I was talking to one of my friend and some how his topic came and she said something about him. While I was gone he said to her he really likes me and wanna go out with me but she said I can tell by his body language he is very shy guy.

See! That so cool! CONGRATULATIONS! I'm sorry I could not reply sooner. I had obligations with my work, and my little lady wanted me to spend some time with her, heath ledger and the IMAX theater. I'm really very happy that this is working out so far. If you have any questions or would like any advice on how I could be of help, then let me know. I have a thesis about what I call the "2nd date tunnel expansion." I believe psychologically, your second date with a person goes largely ignored when in fact it is equally as important as the first date for a lot of reasons! Here's how I support my thesis.
#1. People are so mentally over stimulated during a first date, that they usually leave a lot of questions unanswered. (think about it.) How many times have you thought after a first date of all the questions you wanted to ask, but the date went so well that you got excited and forgot about them, only to remember them once your stimulus returned to normal levels.) aha! So date number 2, is really an extension of date number 1.
#2. The mechanics and behavior of both parties has changed. The initial expectations of date 1 were met, now date 2 brings more of who both you really are to the table. Now don't get me wrong here, it's not that you were being fake, it's just when 2 people are excited, then it will produce alterations in your emotional behavior. This, in turn with the excitement levels cause the brain to react differently. Mostly because of the desire for the continued stimulus produced. So, in date #2, people are a little more focused. Not too mention some of the butterflies are gone.

I say that's not a good idea. Have you asked him why he had to change plans? I'm sure he wanted to see you. I have done the same thing to my girlfriend as well. I work a lot and have to juggle my schedule constantly, so my advice for you is try to be understanding. Don't try to teach any lessons. That will just make you feel worse. Just talk to him and don't forget to compromise! Sooner or later you may need to change plans for something and now you have a get out of jail free card! - A month ago

I definitely think there is a personal attraction there. I'd say make small talk next time he comes in and ask him if he'd like to grab a bite to eat for lunch one day and see what he says. How do you feel about him? Are you attracted to him? Feel him out if your interested, it takes two sometimes to initiate the process, if you know what I mean?! He may be afraid you may reject him, that's probably why he is taking it slow, sounds like he is still trying to figure you out. Talk to him and see, shucks it's worth it if ur interested. I usually start off with a joke. I use comedy as an ice breaker. If I'm nervous that's all I'll do. If not I just strike up a conversation. I'm good at both.
