The question is self-explanatory. On a bad day, whether it be feeling a hint of low self-esteem, or having no luck whatsoever, what instantly makes you feel good?
get into the car with your best friend, blast the best feel good turned on so loud and just drive along beach road for as long as you want. sooooo relaxing! makes you feel really good
This I'm sure is different for a guy but I love sitting in my window sill and writing in my journal. I used to enjoy getting in my car and driving along this scenic road next to the river but with the price of gas I've stopped that.
To make myself feel better. believe it or not, I come to this site,! "girlsaskguys", because I share my bad experiences with you guys, and you people, boost me up by giving me advices and sharing your experiences. It actually makes me feel better, It might sound corny, but it's the truth! Don't you?
i put a song on really loud that I know the words to and scream it. then I go hang out with my friends that make me laugh and just try to have a good time.
i go for a really long power walk/run to make myself feel better, but I go with my best friend and we talk about everythingggg! its really good. or stay at home and watch your fav shows and be depressed about a boy. hehe that what I tend to do as well sometimes.!
A very long run, a small easy nap, good icetea, shopping and my photography makes me feel amazing when I am having a terrible day. When I am having a bad self-esteem crisis, I hit the gym to make me feel better, or chug down as much water as I can.
But, seeing my baby cousin makes me smile every single time.
When I get home from a tough day I make popcorn and watch my favorite movie or have a marathon of my favorite show. After that call a friend to make plans for the weekend so you have something to look forward to. =) hope I helped!
I do something I enjoy or something I'm good at. I bike or practice my sport, or go running. It makes me feel good that no one can judge me at what I do best because even if they do I don't let it get to me.
I usually get into my car and just drive it really hard. We know people with a race track so I usually take one of their mercs or bmw and just do 200+ on the track. Driving a car always calms me down
