i like this guy and I thought he liked me too. is it a bad sign if he didn't reply to a message I wrote him? I saw that he read it. I know he told me he was going to be busy, but if he had time to read it I would think he could reply.

Sometimes you need to give people time to think about how they want to respond. I know that I usually take time before I answer the emails of someone I like because I want to make sure that I understand what they are saying and respond to them in the way that I truly want to. I want to make sure that what I say is what I'm wanting to say to them. That takes some thought sometimes because I don't always know what I want to say right away to a girl that I like. So, maybe give him some time to respond. My advice to you would be to not contact him again until he responds, however, because the ball is in his court, so to speak. Make sense? Good luck! :)

don't panic & give it time - sometimes it's not the right time or place to be writing messages. for example, would you want him to be writing a message while his friends are around watching?

sometimes a person only has time to read a message
and that happens.
