So this girl from work and I are to my estimation in verry good terms, we occasionally flirt and we'll exchange little conversations via email. We work in different bldgs and rarely see each other. She knew I was going to Las Vegas for a week to celebrate 4 birhdays with a couple cousins and friends from the East Coast. She and I joked around the day before I left. Fast forward, one week goes by and I return to work. I sent her a couple of WORK RELATED emails which were short but to the point but I was so busy I didn't mention anything about my trip until late that afternoon. I must have sent about 6 emails to her and she did not respond to a single one of them. I asked around to co-workers and sure enough she responded to every inquiry they gave her. I was like hmmmmm. Then the NEXT DAY.same story. Other co workers were getting responses and one even got a phone call from her and yes I even had to resort to leaving a voicemail which also wasn't returned.

So about 8:40am that morning I drop her a little message asking how she's been, esp since we haven't spoken since the day I left and gave her a little tid bit about Vegas. No response. At about 2:00pm that day I get a response to a work inquiry I sent at 11:23pm (before lunch) She gives me a brief but to the point answer and says nothing about my vacation.not even a "how are ya?" Mind you she is always cheery and flirty with me. -Lastly, to prove my point, I had other co-workers send inquiries to her with me being "blind copied" so she wouldn't know it was me. Those people got responses within an hour. SOOO ladies.WHAT the HELL is going on? What's with the Silent Treatment? AGHHH .

I think you should ask her what is going on . it is possible she is angry of something .you should ask her friend what's with her . snd maybe give her flowers with a postcard . with something sweet in it :))

Would you suspect that she was upset that I didn't talk to her right away and that my first email was simply 'all business' - I did tell another co-worker who works near her about my trip at length and maybe she heard it from her...and I could see how that could piss her off. eeesh - 5 months ago
