Why do you feel so lonely when you don't have a boyfriend? I mean I have lots of friends but I feel like something is missing. Like you're not quite whole. Like I'm not all here. Depressed and wanting to cry when you know that you can't because the fear of showing your true emotions just cripples you. Man I sound like a bad mushy romance movie. If there is a psychologist on here, do I need some professional help or anti-depressants?

You don't need any extra help or anti-depressants, with help from a psychologist. You will probably just fall in love with the psychologist and you would probably become addicted to the anti-depressants.
What you need to do is realize that you just have new emotions. Based on Erikson's model for psychosocial development you should be in the identity vs. role confusion, so what is happening is you are getting new sexual desires which are unmet, you aren't sure of who you are and who you want to be and everything you are going through is on the normal side. Eventually you will get a boyfriend or at least soon enough plenty of boys will want that position, so maintain some patience and this one will work itself out :-)
Girl, I know how you feel. You don't need meds or anything, just some good music :) well, that's what I do. I normally get lonely at night, when I'm trying to go to sleep, so I listen to music before I get into bed so I'm thinking of the song rather than the fact I don't have a squeeze.
You don't need professional help or drugs if you are just sad because you're lonely without a boyfriend. You may need to work on your self-esteem or grow some of your interests (education, hobbies, etc.) so that they are more fulfilling. But, your feelings are normal as long as they don't overpower you long-term.
Reading magazine articles about "pleasing your man", watching movies with happy couples, seeing other couples out shopping or eating...all of those things can make you feel lonely when you're single and you aren't the only one who has felt that way. Hang in there and enjoy your freedom, lack of fighting over petty crap and other benefits of being single!
