I don't understand men! They pursue a girl, and convince her to fall inlove with them, but as soon as they know they have her (love), they pull away, and become distant? Why do they do this? It's so unfair. They would constantly prove to you that they deserve a second chance, that they will never hurt you --- But when the girl starts opening up and showing some feelings, he becomes cold, and acts like she doesn't matter as much anymore. No, he was. That is what he complained about. He feels like HE has to do all the work to make this relationship work. I have tried twice to be the one to, I guess, "run after" him. It worked right away, but it left me feeling like crap. - 4 months ago

Women do the same thing. It's not just men. No one wants what wants them. It's not human nature.
Don't open up so fast. You have to keep your partner wanting more from you. If you tell them everything about you and leave nothing to find out, you're stock will plummet, and so will your partner's interest.
I find that I am able to keep most relationships going by giving just a little bit less than what my girl is giving. It's how I keep control of the relationship. I'm sure it could work for women as well.
Iv done that. But it came to the point where he wasnt sure if I even cared about him. I know I show him I do in my own ways. But I felt bad because he started to feel unappreciated, and that we were in an unfair relationship. So I slowly opened up. And rarely told him how I felt. But ... I don't understand. I really dont. Eh, then that's his fault. If he constantly needs you to make him feel appreciated, then that's pretty lame. Sounds like what a mother would do instead of a lover.
