If I were you I'd try to help him... I've done the same thing and my boyfriend helped me out... But also remember you can't change someone that doesn't want to change and you can't help someone that doesn't want the help.

You shouldn't just dump him. Because if he overdoses or has another medical emergency you will feel terrible beacuse you wished you would have done more.
Stay and try to help him.
If he pushes you away, try again...if still then get profesional help. If that is out of the question then at least you tried your best.
