Guys come up to me a lot and flirt with me, and they are usually really cute and seem really nice, but it makes me super uncomfortable. I really don't like being flirted with. Even when I kind of like the guy, I still feel this way. Is that weird? What can I do to make it more comfortable to be flirted with?
well your not comfortable because he's a stranger. but you have to think what kinda of heart it takes to come up to someone you don't know and try to make a relationship out of thin air. it really is hard on a guys part just think he came to you so you should know he already likes you so just be your self
you simply sound like a socially shy individual. this is not a bad thing. you just have to get to know people a little slower than others, and you also need to trust the individual before you can translate the uncomfortable feelings into feelings of sincerity and romantic interest.
you'll mature, and your feelings will mature. but you are normal. be who you want to be, become, who you want to become.
Maybe you are feeling uncomfortable due to low self asteem. Just realize they are flirting with you because they like you and want to get to know you. Maybe that will help.
maybe you just feel uncomfortable with the flirting because you may feel that they just do this out of hormonal behavior and think that their motives are superficial or un sincere and that you are not taking them too serious. Even if you do have any interest your concerned they don't feel the same even if they are flirting but feel they have the motives. Of course its hard to tell not knowing much about you. Just trying to help with what comes to mind mind.
