If you really want to be friends with a girl but are not interested in her as a girlfriend how do you go about asking for her number. For some reason it is just as hard to become friends with a girl as it is to date them. If I say to a dude hey lets get together sometime I get the dudes number and we hang. When I try this with a girl I get the number but no response. Is there a different method for becoming friends with a girl. It seems girls are a little more anti social then guys. Thanx
Yah I understand. Since guys ask for our numbers when they hit on us, we kind of assume that every time we are asked for a number, or a guy calls, they are trying to get with us. If you just want to be friends, then you'll have to ask her out, or invite her the night/day you meet her. And the invite will have to be a group thing. Like, "hey me and a group of friends are having a bbq tomw. YOu should come. Bring some friends if you want, or you can come alone. A bunch of other people will be there --- It'll be fun." Then say, "I'll call you when I get more info on the time and location -- " You need to give her time to get to know you and your intentions, before you can expect her to answer your calls without expecting more than friendship.
