I was at the home of a guy friend that I like the other day and caught him just watching me for quite some time with this really strange expression on his face (he just had the softest expression on his face) while I was playing with his dog more than once.
I read somewhere ages ago that guys like it when girls are all soft and affectionate with animals.something to do with primal instincts, apparently subconsciously when guys see something like that it makes them think the girl would make a good mother, and therefore subconsciously, it's attractive to see a girl being affectionate with animals. So tell me guys, is that true? Does it really make you melt a little?
i don't think you can generalise about this at all; some guys might see this, or they might see it because they already have strong feelings for the girl. but there are equally people (guys and girls) who don't connect with animals & for whom animals are an anathema.
