Do girls always love compliments?

Don't compliment if you don't mean it. And don't overdo it, it just starts to get old.
I'm not so big on compliments, don't know why. But one every here and there from a guy is nice, you know? I'm kinda picky about my hair, so I guess my favourite compliment is when a guy tells me my hair looks good, or something along those lines.

I like to get compliments they make me feel good about myself, but I don't like getting them all the time. I like them once in a while like when I'm feeling down and someone just randomly says "your beautiful" or something like that. So I would say give compliments, but don't like over do them.

lets go one at a time. when you pour on the compliments its gets kinda creepy or just seems like you're a player

I'm not gonna lie but I kinda do feel indifferent when it comes onto compliments (receiving). I like to give compliments but just hate receiving.never know how to accept it I always have this little shy smile and say thank u.urgh!

to give a girl a compliment on things that aren't so superficial makes her feel good.
but don't go overboard because we can tell when your lying. my favorite compliment is probably when someone tels me my pesonality outshines my smile. = )

I wouldn't say I always love them lol, but they're nice when they're genuine.
Like when a guy just says I'm hot or something, I don't take it as a compliment. It's so generic and it doesn't say anything about me, so he obviously doesn't care to take the time to get to know me.
But like the other girls said, it's always nice when someone notices little things about you, your personality or the way you act, and they compliment it. It means a lot and it always makes me happier. :]

I love getting compliments, even though I don't get them much. :( But yeah, I really like it when someone compliments on how I look, but ONLY if it is truthful. I don't like people lying.

I like simple ones like "you look cute today" because that usually makes you feel really good like wow, I do? awesome! and then you feel good for the rest of the day.

this guy at work always notices when I have my nail polish on and he'll be like "oh! you've got your nails all polished up!" and it makes me laugh when people notice things like that.

Just taking notice of a girl, of small things she does or new things about her always makes her feel good.

Every girl or woman I know loves compliments, as long as they are not overdone. As for the creepy ones, I personally hate them but they also give me something to laugh about with my friends if they are weird enough. My favorite compliments are about little details about me that not everyone notices or appreciates. For example, Iv'e heard many times that I am "hot" or "cute" or that I "have a nice rack" or whatever but once a guy was talking to one of his friends about me and he was like "she always had a smile on her face, that is one of my favorite things about her." Not everyone notices that about me and I loved that he did and that he appreciated it.

Sure, as long as they are honest and not condescencing.
