If you notice your anger problems/ short temper/ angry/violent reactions, are affecting your relationship, or it is hurting your significant other/people who care about you, would you change? Or is this something that will always be? What if that person is willing to change, says he/she is, and is seeking therapy, etc, will it change the person?
Also, do angry people realize the patience of others? with their attitude. Or do they just not notice these things?
Anger problems, like any other ailment, can be treated/cured in most cases, but there will always be people who can't be treated. These people usually have deep issues that affect them so much they practically define who they are.
I would try my hardest to change but I would also ask that the person who I'm dealing with try to avoid doing things that they know can set me off. For some people it means not bringing up certain subjects, such as religion or politics, or gay marriages, or whatever =P
I have anger issues, and one of the things people do that can set me off is make fun of the fact that I stutter when I talk. There are a lot of reasons a person can tease me about, such as my weight, my pale skin, and the fact that I've been single for going on 4 years now, but for some reason, the only thing I'm sensitive about is my stuttering.
