Guys & Girls - Have you ever had that feeling of crying?

It happens a lot.

Especially when people think about things that kinda disappoint them a lot from experiences not to long ago.

Ex: Thinking about someone who just said no to you asking them out, thinking about an ex, thinking about stuff you can't have ect.

Yeah every normal person guy/girl feel like this sum times , its not strange or weird ,
cuz when you cry once in a while you feel better ,if you feel embarrassed don't cry infront people .

I feel like crying all the time tocry off some stress

Yes. All the time. It's normal. Life is so stressful and hectic who wouldn't need to cry? You could be PMS'ing, which makes you more sensitive/emotional. I know this happens to me. Everything seems terrible and awful. Sometimes everything just builds up and you need to cry to get it out of you.

Everybody has a 'blue day'. That's normal. Some cry, some just depressed. I think we have
them to realize how lucky we are compared to others, to make us rethink our goals, etc.
When you are more down than happy, that is when you need to be a little worried.
