Ok, here goes. We talk on the phone and msn for hours every day but he has a girlfriend. He practically never talks to her and only sees her 1 time every 2 to 3 weeks. He keeps telling me how depressed she's making him because she never calls him. He also says he's going to break up with her soon if she doesn't call him. He sounds really serious. But maybe it's my mind playing tricks on me.

We get to see each other once every week because I'm homeschooled and he goes to my youth group. He's way nice to me and always calls me pretty. I take this as a sign but I'm not sure. He's nicer to me than any guy has ever been. We talk about EVERYTHING including first kiss to stupid stuff like the time he ran into a window cause he was staring at a hot girl. But yeah we're really close and I like him. Are any of these signs that he likes me? If not what should I be looking for?

I definitely feel as though he like you...
He just need to get it together...
It sounds like to me he just wants the attention from his girlfriend that he's not getting, so be ready when he decides to give up on her.

Sincerely,
A Loving Black Man

I would continue to let him know you are interested in him, but until he breaks up with his current girlfriend, you can't be sure how serious he is about you. If he is, he will break up with her. Give him some time, and see how it plays out. Remember, he can't have both of you in a serious relationship at the same time, somebody always ends up getting hurt when you try it!

It really says a lot about him as a person of passion because any man that will disrespect his girlfriend with you, well have you thought about how much respect he has for you. He's talking to you and saying all these things about her why is he still with her, don't you know that one day he will do the same thing to you and how do you know that he's not telling his girlfriend that you are calling him. Not someone you would want to date no respect for women.
