ok I like to play fight and sometimes I get a little too rough and I hit people kind of hard and I feel really bad like every time because I really don't mean to do it hard so what can I do to stop doing this its really getting annoying lol
You said that's just playing to you so you need to stop that type of playing. No one can do it for you. Maybe it might help to try to be conscious ever time you catch yourself starting to play rough and then just tell yourself this is the thing I need to slow down on. They try really hard to control yourself. If you keep doing this you should eventually not be doing it anywhere near as much. Also, it wouldn't hurt if you told some of your friends that you've been playing rough with that you're trying to overcome that and ask them to always tell you when you're getting too rough. So between yourself and your friends there's no reason you can't stop doing this. Good luck!
