This guy every time I see him he gives me a hug, I am not sure but I think he ties to impress me by playing his drums really well. Sometimes he talks about other girls in front me. Another thing is he is 4 years older than me. But the other day he tried to impress me by picking me up and he stared into my eyes for a while. So I really can't tell if he likes me or not.

He likes you. I see you are under 18, if he is too much older be careful. I know younger girls like to have older guys (I did) but be cautious of any guy too old that is interested in a minor.
With that being said. He seems to like you and you seem to like him. If so, flirt back and see if he responds to you flirting with him. If he does then you will know for sure.
