I like this guy, and he left for China for a week. So the day he left, I hung out with him and it was fine. We went to brunch and had fun. Just like normal..sorta. Whenever he stood next to me, he would be almost pressed up against my back. So I would move away and put some...if not a lot of distance between us. (I've never had a guy do that to me especially if it's a guy that I like) Anyways, we spent the last hour at my house and he kept laying back on my bed and was constantly stretching...which lead to his stomach showing@_@. I didn't know what to do, so I just stayed where I was, sitting on my chair. Anyways, when he did leave, he hugged me, but it was just a pat on the back, not a hug. During his week away, I had a lot of time to think and I realized that I'm scared of losing a chance with him. But when he returned, I didn't hear anything from him. It wasn't until three days later after I sent a text to him saying happy new year. And his replies where very short. I had a strong, semi-strong feeling he likes me. But now I'm wondering, did I blow it?
Yes you did, he probably fells shitty that he attempted and you didn't respond.
If you want to date him, you need to send him something via e-mail or call him (don't text, too impersonal) and let him know you're interested so that it's safe for him to try again. Be direct, don't hint.
