Why do some men not express themselves very well?

I think the guys that have trouble telling you what they want, are this way because they are afraid to. Why would they be afraid? Some women can be very difficult to open up to. We might be afraid that what we tell you will get a snear or bad remark, then we'll feel bad for opening up it all. A woman that is very inviting and open to whatever,will be the most likely to get everything she wants out of your man.

Being afraid, is not the only option, but it is an option.

As far as relationships go...we may just not know what we want. AS for sex...maybe we're a lil embarrassed to ask for what we want or tell you what we want. I mean...we don't wanna scare you off or anything.

I would say its not that we have a hard time doing it its just women never ask us!! I mean have you asked a guy what he likes when it comes to sex?? Or what he feels about something?? Cause if you haven't he most likely won't open up to you!!

Some men have a difficult time expressing themselves because of their lack of practice and the social rules society has created for males.

Expressing emotion is something associated with feminine quality. Obviously men aren't encouraged to express themselves through language so when we do, it must be very safe for us to do so and when we do have the opportunity, men may not be able to convey what his emotions are very well (lack of practice).

Women since they were young have always been encouraged to "share" their feelings. Think about you women do when you "hang out." Men through years of supression of one's emotions have a difficult time digging through them.

Not to mention the conflict of communicational differences between the genders.

What do men like as far as sex? Each to their own, you'll have to ask him that.

A lot of men aren't expereinced at really don't KNOW what they like or want. Sometimes you have to teach them. Show them and see how they respond. They'll tell you what they like or don't like at that point.

Isn't it fun and exciting to teach them, as long as they are willing students?
