Most guys prefer that. I found out that whenever a girl told me she likes me, even if I have no feelings for her at first, I start to grow feelings towards her just because she is even interested in me. I've never based any relationship off that though.

It's kind of awkward to randomly tell a guy "hey I like you!" without them knowing about you. Let him in on what your about, your attitude and your personality. Just take things slow and get to know each other.

If a guy finds you attractive, and you tell him you like him. Believe me, he can act otherwise at first and try to look cool in front of his friends but when he's all alone thinking about what happened earlier that day when you told him that, he actually thinks about the possibilities.
I'm not saying this happens to every guy, just most. We are happy to know your interested and we won't automatically put you down for liking us.

Yes, it's very acceptable and most guys will encourage women to do so.

If women learned to stop hinting (we know how you love this) and be more direct, our genders can communicate much better.

gireada Yeah well and what if the guy does not like the girl and they just make fun of her? There are many guys like that I've experienced it, it's not all in black 'n' white. - 11 months ago
Answerer Guys whose social role is to make the move get turned down all the time. Girls just have to send signals (confusing) and wait for something to happen. You girls never swap stories of "creeps or losers" who tried to ask you guys out? +1 for F-beauty21 - 11 months ago

There's nothing wrong with saying you like a guy. Its good to let a guy know just in case he may like you too, he'll be happy to hear that then yall can start something. So do it, girl. Get it off your chest.
