This seems like a difficult situation.

How do I approach a woman and have a conversation without her getting the impression I'm interested in sex or a relationship?

I don't want to lead people on and I don't want to scare them off either.
Is a platonic friend to hard to comprehend?

Depends on the girl and the approach! I am very suspecting of others lately, because I get so much unwanted attention (I'm a natural flirt - I can't help it, it's who I am). While I think I'm just being friendly, others might think I'm hitting on them. Oh well...

Just state it to start with and talk about other girls, or go ask: "What do you think of her bum?" Or something similar goofy...

Do women think all guys are after them for sex? Yes
Do guys think all women want from guys is love? No.

Talk to her like you would any human being. Ask things about her and give her windows of you. Can you find common ground (like you a guy as well right)? If not then say it was nice talking to her and move on... like any human being.

Once you start fagging around and trying to force things, as you know. She will leave like any human being (catch my drift)?
