this is the beginning of an eating disorder. I LOVE food, alot. I eat a shit load of food everyday. I should feel guilty, but I dont. because I know it is not harming me. its food, its beautiful, there are starving kids in africa.
but anyway, back to the point. work on eating a consistent amount of food everyday. that way, your weight won't fluctuate. also, by working out at least a few times a week and trying to eat some healthy foods, there should be no reason for feeling guilty. if you keep feeling guilty though or causing yourself to vomit, ask for help. either from a close friend, parent or teacher.
btw, I'm only 120. I probably sounded like I'm 500 pounds =p
