Ok I'm 127 pounds right now and I know by Friday I'll be 122 and next week be over 127 pounds because my weight goes up and down. I don't eat for days then when I do eat I won't eat more than 210 calories and then other times I'll stuff my face! Then other times I'll make myself sick because I feel guilty! I don't think I've an eating disorder but reading magazines got me thinking maybe this isn't normal? But I'm not skinny so nobody will really take this serious you know?

Fluctuating weight is not so big of a deal (although 5lbs in a couple of days is a little extreme). Felling guilty about eating is.

I would suggest talking to your doctor about how you feel, and what you are doing.

this is the beginning of an eating disorder. I LOVE food, alot. I eat a shit load of food everyday. I should feel guilty, but I dont. because I know it is not harming me. its food, its beautiful, there are starving kids in africa.

but anyway, back to the point. work on eating a consistent amount of food everyday. that way, your weight won't fluctuate. also, by working out at least a few times a week and trying to eat some healthy foods, there should be no reason for feeling guilty. if you keep feeling guilty though or causing yourself to vomit, ask for help. either from a close friend, parent or teacher.

btw, I'm only 120. I probably sounded like I'm 500 pounds =p

Weight always fluctuates but it sounds like you might have an eating disorder. I work at a gym and rule one of the trainers are never weigh yourself everyday only about twice a month.

All you women what is this you all constantly feel like you should be putting yourselves down and destroying ur bodies or something, ur not fat why do you all put yourselves down you know what search for is 126 pounds fat? and see what I said...unless ur that same anonymous user who asked that question, plus sorry but yea what your doing isn't normal...your basically destroying your metabolism and your immune system may go in reverse in other words backfire, what could happen is if you keep on eating the way ur eating now...your metabolism will take food but the more you consume the more weight you lose...trust me happened before to plenty of women...abusing your body is no joke - whatever you do with your body - your system backfires back and does the same to you - in other words it's like karma what comes around goes around!! But just look up is 126 pounds fat? and read - actually read it and no 127 isn't fat - but yes you are destroying your body little by little!
