No, it wouldn't. But I'd think she was looking for some re-assurance at the very least to boost her confidence. But I don't think that any girl with confindence would be likely to ask this unless they just wanted to hear an opinion or whatever.

lol, no. I'm mean to all my female friends anyway.

That question just gives me a chance to be mean without them calling me a dick.

lol, seriously though, if we're good friends, I'd just be honest. Tell them the pros and cons about them self, and be obliged that they trust my judgment enough to inquire.

Only if I had feelings for the girl that I wasn't quite ready to reveal would it put me in an awkward place.

lol No it doesn't bother me. But are you asking this in a subtle way to let him know that you like him? If ur asking just to ask then it's no big deal but if you are trying to let some guy know that you like him, this way's not going to work.
