How to know when a guy is in love?

So we have a shy, in love guy and a closed (but desiring love) girl?

Well, some shy guys are SO shy that they won't act like anything. And some other guys, shy or not, are rather dumb and immature around the girl they like and "show" their love by being obnoxious (rude, boastful, critical, trying to act "cool"). So the secret about what guys do when they like a girl is this: potentially anything or nothing. Guys are flaky that way.

But meeting 8 times, choosing her romantic favorites to listen to together, and saying something hokey about her eyes are all good signs. So, if "not open" girl is wondering, this guy at least likes her if not loves her.

If he continues to try to meet, intentionally or "accidentally" coincidentally, that's another good sign. If he tries to take an interest in her favorite *whatever* and share it with her (TV show, sport, author, activity, anything) that's a good sign. If he talks at all about her eyes, or lips, or skin, or beauty, that's a good sign. With this guy, expect more of that.

And, sheesh, the best way to help him along would be if this girl would try to BE OPEN ABOUT HER FEELINGS. Even in love guys get sick of it if the girl stays closed down.
