I was in a store quickly trying to get out the checkout line. I didn't even bother to look up to the cashier until she made a comment about all the books, but when I looked up I thought she was beautiful. She had a classic beauty you don't really see anymore, you know.
I left the store and then kicked myself being too shy to not ask for her number. In fact I drove back to the store, but she was gone by that time.
Exactly a week later I saw her, she remembered me and gave her my number and told her to call me sometime, saying we could get a cup of coffee on her break or something.
She texted me the next day and we texted for about a day or two till I added her on a social networking site and saw she was seeing someone.
I'm a little embarrassed because I feel like I was intruding in on her relationship.
So my question is should I apologize, clarify, or do nothing. I as a woman how would you react to this?
Update: If this was unclear, I gave her my number, not the other way around. Thanks obligations.

I don't think you should do anything. Continue to contact her if you can just be buddies, but tread carefully. She's taken.
You did nothing wrong. You were not intruding on her relationship; indeed, she didn't mention it even in passing (I assume) which is a little odd. You have nothing to apologize for, or even to clarify. There's no way you could have known she was involved with someone, so you were not intruding.
I think she is the one who should apologize... she knew you were looking for a relationship and she gave you her number when she was taken. You shoudln't feel guility.
well everything starts with friendship and there's nothing really wrong with that she probably saw you as someone she can hangout with dont pry just conitnue hanging out and she will tell you everything you needed to know good luck =]
You are at a dinner with her, have just walked into an interview or are at a first date with the best looking guy and there, your top two shirt buttons have snapped, or the pants you were wearing...

Your favorite song comes on the radio. If you’re a woman, you might squeal and jump up and down in the seat. If you’re a man, you emphatically nod, say something like “Aaaaaaawwwwwwww yeah . . . “...
