Have you ever gotten back together with an ex?

Well my ex broke up with me a couple months ago because things were moving really fast and he freaked out . He recently called me and we are starting to talk about things . We are going to take things really slow and hopefully things will all work out . I think it all depends on why the couple broke up in the first place . If there was any kind of infidelity or abuse I would say it's a big no no !

I have had two children for and "ex" he's now my fiance but sometimes I wish we didn't get back together.

My ex and I recently stopped talking about a year ago or around that time. We had dated for 3 years, and at first when we broke up we later got back together. At first it was so amazing and he was really different, but after a while things were the same as always. I was so unhappy so we decided to just maybe be friends.

Well, though I did not get back with my ex, my friend did. The first time she dumped him because he was always insecure and blaming stuff on her. Well, two years later, they tried it again, and same thing happened, only on a larger scale. He got more insecure about her and she got smothered by him. Now they don't even talk. I guess some relationships work out the second time, and others just don't change.

If you are thinking about getting back with your ex, I would advise you not to. Obviously if it didn't work the first time around, it probably won't work the second time around. Trust, I've been there. We were apart for 3 months before I visited him and he decided to move back to the states, then we dated for about 4 months before we moved in together then it lasted for 5 months before we broke up again, then we got back together a month after, then 3 months after that, it ended forever.
