I dated a guy for a long time. We have been broken up 4 months and have maintained contact, Trying to be friends. He has a girlfriend. He text me early in the mornings and emails all day and its friendly not romantic. Does he really want just a friendship or something more?
I would think that he wants something more. But that really depends on who broke up with who. If he broke up with you he might just be keeping you on the back burner. But if you broke up with him, he may still like you and is trying to keep you close in case you change your mind. If this messages are just friendly then why do they stop in the evenings? If friends are all that you guys are, his new girlfriend would know about the messages. I bet that she doesn't, and that could be a real good sign that things are not as they seem.
Well he might want something more, I mean if he texts you early in the morning and emails you all day. Next time he texts you early in the morning ask him if he does that for his girlfriend, that might tell you if he still likes you.
