i believe that he is just stating some reasons to break up with you in a way that you would not be hurt too much.if that's the only reason then its either he's too shallow, he has someone new or maybe if he is telling the truth there might be signs..maybe you're hurting him when you're out together and guys are running after you and it makes him feel that's he's not good enough..but if that is not the case then he is just saying this reason.If he truly loves you he would even love you more..and its not enough reason to break up with you.nobody's good enough for anyone..if you both love each other you'll fight for your love..if you like something you fight for it..but if you don't like something you make up reasons to avoid it.
