The truth is that you can never 'make' someone else realize he wants you. He has to realize this himself. Emotions can never be created or realized with logic reasoning.

Him telling you not to move on is a very selfish act on his behalf. He wants both of you at the same time or have you as a backup to fall back to if all else fails with his current girlfriend.

Try to take a good look inside yourself. Is it really HIM you want or just the emotions of stability, love and a family you are after? If so, this can be created with another man that deserves you, your love and your child...
