Just wondering what everyone thinks, I had a similar question but I guess I want to ask this one a little differently.
So after a break up, when do you know you are over it? How do you determine that you are able to move on? (details or examples would be awesome) I feel like I am somewhat reaching that point but I guess I really don't know until it happens? Just wanted to know how things are for all of you in this world =]
Good signs that you're over someone: 1) You can look at a place that you guys have good memories from and a) not feel emotional or b) not even think about her (if you're on 1b then you're set! LOL! ) 2) You're not thinking about her as often as you used to and if you are then you don't feel emotional when you do 3) When you think about being happy with a woman, you don't picture her next to you 4) When your phone rings you're not thinking "Oh my goooooood I hope it's her! " and then feeling pissed at whoever is actually calling (LOL! ) 5) When you can go out and have a genuinely nice time with your friends and not bring her name up once 6) When you can go out and have a genuinely nice time with yourself and not feel like you're missing her by your side or feeling lonely for her 7) When you're. Um. You know. And you are not picturing her. (and "no", I am not talking about sex) 8) When you can picture her with someone else and not feel horrified or like your gut is being ripped out of your body. Feeling jealous is one thing; that is about the ego. But feeling pain is a whole other story.
For one thing, you stop thinking about the girl that you broke with. 2, you feel that your not emotionally attached to her as you were during the relationship. 3. You are looking at other girls again in search of a new partner.
For me it's when I know if my ex wanted to get back 3gether I would be able 2 say no because if I got in a relationship with some1 and not over some1 yet and that person wanted to get back 2gether I would probably leave them 4 her and maybe cheat on her 4 the ex until I can confidently say I won't do that I'm not ready
