Only you know how you feel. And if that's having no romantic feelings for him anymore, then it's your friends' problems they can't accept that. I was in a similar situation. I didn't love my ex at all anymore, but he had troubles letting go. A lot of people couldn't understand how I could suddenly stop loving him and that I must've been faking it or covering up my "real" emotions. All I can say is to be firm with your ex on how you feel and ask him to respect your personal space and privacy.
