i always like to go shopping with my friends and hang out with the girls or if I'm not up to any company I like to sit in my room watching movies (not sad teary ones, thriller ones :] ) and eat molesters.

guys. what do you do to make you feel at ease from having someone break up with you?
After someone breaks up with me. Once I am mentally ready, the first thing I do is call one of my close guy friends and meet up with him. I will get any frustration off my chest and plan on going out. The point is not to hook up with a girl but to remind myself that I can still be wanted by girls. Help pick up my confidence by meeting up with friends. I have been the wing man for multiple guys in the same situation so it can be standard. The rest of it is just hanging out and keeping my mind off the situation while I am with friends. When I am alone I have to make sure I can accept what has happened and make sure I will be ok with it. Something funny to notice, since the arrival of facebook and myspace, is to watch how many comments and messages you get from interested girls once your relationship status has changed. Again that's when someone breaks up with me.
I'd close within myself for a while to let the pain and anger out. I'd eat lot of chocolate and go outside for a walk, beach especially or nice park. Just to get some good air since it was blocked by someone. Then later on call friends and hang with them. Talk things out of yourself, that's what really helps. It's not just break up, it's any bad situation in life that makes us stressed or depressed. The main thing is to get your mind back in it's positive state.

Easy going night and a lot of getting to know each other. I would get dressed up don't know what I would have on. the date will end when we think it is time to head home for our own beds
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
