Ok, so if you like the guy you're with, you need to remain loyal to him. The other guy is irrelevant. He shouldn't be trolling for under age girls in the first place.
Go to your County Court, to the Court Clerk's office and file for a protection order if the guy continues to harass you. You can have parameters set that include direct and indirect forms of contact (indirect=3rd party contact, like through people you mutually know).
things change in a year. tell him to back off, and that you aren't looking for a relationship right now. be upfront, and don't be afraid to file a restraining order if he keeps stalking you. that's pretty creepy, and really, you shouldn't have to get into a relationship with someone just because you said you would a year ago.
