My ex broke up with me during a fight. What do I have to do to get him back? He says he's not completely done with me but he just wants to be best friends but still be into each other in a romantic way but there is no way that we are going to get back together as boyfriend or girlfriend. I ask him if your so into me then why not work things out but he says he just doesn't want to? What should I do?
Sounds like he is trying to work you in as a FWB, which is BS to me. It is like you say, if he wants to be romantic and best friends, why not just be together.
He sounds afraid of commitment, or confused, or something.
You should probably give him time to consider the situation. It doesn't sound like you are okay with being FWB, so I wouldn't do it if I were you. If that's all he wants then he doesn't deserve you.
girl, I agree with mellowmatt, he may just want to to be a F-W-B but doens't want to deal with "you". he may not want to be commited, which is something you don't deserve. I just broke up with my ex yesterday and now I WANT HIM BACK. lol, he told me "peace". so, give it time, don't call him, maybe he'll come tru.
