Update: Ok out there, let me have it. She's great with a lot of hidden problems. I know from experience to run the other way fast. But I don't, she wants to be friends and has moved on to another guy, is it worth trying to get her back?

I don't know what the situation is, but you should go over to her house, spill your guts, tell her you don't wanna loose her (flowers and tears don't hurt either) then it will be up to her to make the final decision.
Well if you two are still really good friends then go up to her grab her by her waist and tell her how much you care about her. and just talk the situation out and tell her to give you another chance, but on the second chance just make sure you don't blow her off - More than a year ago
